Q. How do I purchase my order on the site?
To order your purchase:

• Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.

• Click “Continue Shopping” to continue adding products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed with payment.

• Log in with your Username and Password. If you don’t have an account yet, please register one.

• Confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “Next”.

• Select your shipping method and click “Next”.

• Choose your payment method and click “Next”.

• Reconfirm your billing details and agree to the Terms & Conditions.

• Click “Confirm Order” to complete the purchase.

Q. What are the payment methods available?
Diverse Supplies Limited Liability Partnership offers the following payment methods:

Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
Log in → Go to “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and shipping address.

Q. I forgot my password. What should I do to retrieve it?

• Click “Lost Password?”

• Enter the email address used for registration.

• A verification token will be sent to you.

• Once received, you can set a new password.

Q. Can I cancel an existing order?
Yes, but only if the order is still pending. For cancellation requests, please contact us via WhatsApp with the subject “Request to Cancel Order”. Orders that are already shipping or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Q. What is the product’s transaction currency?
All transactions will be made in Singapore Dollar (SGD).

Q. How long does delivery usually take?
Delivery usually takes about 1 to 2 working days, depending on courier and location.
